r788 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary agreements, bonus terms, game-specific rules, or promotional materials published by r788:

• "r788," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the operator of the r788.bid platform, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" refers to the website r788.bid and all associated services, applications, tools, and content accessible via that domain.
• "Player," "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the r788 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the r788 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a Player's r788 Account, including real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free spin winnings, cashback credits, or any other non-cash value credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PKR funds deposited by a Player via a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of real-money bets that must be placed and settled before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required by r788 in compliance with its international gaming license and anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any behaviour explicitly listed under Section 8 of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, system abuse, and multi-accounting.

By registering an Account with r788, completing the registration process, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein, specifically the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy available at r788.bid.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the r788 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

r788 reserves the right to require Players to re-accept these Terms at any time, including following material amendments. Where re-acceptance is required, Players will be notified via the email address associated with their Account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with r788, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended r788 Account.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of r788 or any affiliated entity, nor a member of the immediate family household of any such person.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law, or where your participation does not expose r788 to regulatory liability.
• All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address — is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are not subject to any active self-exclusion order imposed by r788 or any affiliated gaming operator.

Registration at r788 requires the submission of a valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), an email address, a date of birth, and a chosen password. r788 will send a one-time verification code to your mobile number to confirm ownership. Your Account is activated upon successful OTP verification. Providing false information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

r788 is required by the terms of its international gaming license to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of a government-issued photo identification document and, in some cases, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. r788 may request KYC documentation at any point during the life of your Account. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r788 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. r788 will never ask you for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your r788 Account, whether or not you are present.
• You are liable for all activity conducted through your Account, including any bets placed or withdrawals initiated, whether or not you authorised such activity, unless you have promptly notified r788 of unauthorised access.
• In the event you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact r788 support immediately via live chat.

r788 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions and optional two-factor authentication via SMS OTP. These measures are provided as a security baseline — they do not transfer responsibility for Account security from the Player to r788.

r788 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Raast (State Bank of Pakistan's instant payment system), 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. • The minimum deposit amount at r788 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by r788, though your payment provider may impose its own limits.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your r788 Balance within 15 seconds of transaction confirmation under normal operating conditions.
• r788 does not charge any deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which r788 accepts no liability.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at r788 is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible (payment method matching policy).
• r788 targets withdrawal processing times of under 5 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and same-day processing for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. These are target times and not guaranteed service levels.
• r788 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed from an Account with a negative balance or an Account under investigation for Prohibited Conduct.
• r788 does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party processing fees charged by payment providers are beyond r788's control.

r788 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and returning Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and over only.
• Only one welcome bonus package is available per Player, per household, and per device. r788 reserves the right to withdraw welcome bonuses if duplicate accounts or abuse are detected.
• Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Funds in your Account. Real Money Funds are used for wagering first, followed by Bonus Funds, unless specified otherwise in individual bonus terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20× the bonus amount unless the specific bonus offer states otherwise.
• Unless otherwise specified, slot games count 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games count 10%; sports betting counts 25%. Table and video poker games count 5%.
• Bonus Funds are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of credit. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated Bonus Funds are forfeited at expiry.
• Maximum bet per round while a wagering requirement is active is Rs 1,000 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during active wagering requirements may result in bonus forfeiture.

r788 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player Accounts, subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of credit.

All casino games offered on the r788 Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, RNG table games, video poker, and instant/crash games — operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) published for each game reflects the actual, unmodified RTP at which the game operates on the r788 Platform.

• r788 does not modify game outcomes or RTP settings from those certified by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round shall be voided and any wager refunded to the Player's Balance. Winnings from voided rounds are not paid.
• The minimum bet across most r788 casino games is Rs 100. Individual game minimums vary and are displayed within the game interface.
• Game rules for each title are accessible via the "i" (information) button within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, in-game rules govern for game-specific matters.

• r788 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or limit maximum stake sizes at any time and without prior notice.
• Live betting odds are subject to change in real time. A bet is accepted only when a confirmation message is received by the Player. Bets pending at the time of market suspension are cancelled and stakes refunded unless the event outcome has been determined.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, r788 reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether a bet confirmation was issued.
• Bets on abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events will be settled according to r788's specific event rules applicable to each sport, accessible in the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following behaviours constitute Prohibited Conduct at r788 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance (including Real Money Funds where fraud is established), and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Third-Party Funding: Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name or accepting deposits from third parties into your r788 Account.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after they have been used for gameplay at r788.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or live table games.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain funds or advantages not legitimately available.
• Money Laundering: Using the r788 Platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.

r788 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. As a condition of its international gaming license, r788 is required to maintain and actively promote responsible gaming tools accessible to all Players. r788 considers responsible gaming a first-class operational obligation, not a compliance afterthought.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration settings with optional reality check notifications at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss caps per day, week, or month. Reductions are immediate; increases require the 24-hour cooling period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 6 weeks, activated immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: Complete account access restriction for 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently.

Where r788 identifies player behaviour that may indicate problem gambling — including rapid consecutive deposits, escalating bet sizes, and extended uninterrupted sessions — r788 support staff may contact the Player to offer responsible gaming information and tool access. r788 will not use such contact to solicit additional deposits.

All content on the r788 Platform — including but not limited to the r788 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of r788 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any r788 content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of r788.
• You may not use the r788 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without r788's express written authorisation.
• Game content — including slot game graphics, live dealer interfaces, and table game software — is owned by the respective game providers and is used by r788 under license. Any reproduction or distribution of game content is a violation of the respective provider's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r788 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the r788 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network interruptions, or game software errors, provided that r788 has followed its standard malfunction procedures.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses resulting from reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform that contains typographical or technical errors.
• Any loss of winnings or opportunity resulting from Account suspension or closure in accordance with these Terms.
• Losses, damages, or liabilities incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits r788's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by r788's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

r788 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account with or without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of engaging in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of their Account lifecycle.
• The Player has failed to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated time frame.
• r788 is required to close the Account by order of its licensing authority, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a relevant regulatory body.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Account has been inactive (no login activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, r788 will return the verified Real Money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days of closure confirmation, subject to standard KYC verification.

r788 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — r788 will provide at least 7 calendar days' advance notice via the email address registered to affected Accounts.

The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent amendment. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where a Player does not wish to accept amended Terms, they must notify r788 prior to the effective date and close their Account. Real Money Balances will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r788 holds its international gaming license. The application of conflict-of-law principles that would result in the application of any other jurisdiction's law is expressly excluded.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the r788 Platform, including disputes concerning game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus terms, or Account closure, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The Player must submit a formal written complaint to r788 via the live support channel or the support email address. r788 targets initial response within 24 hours and final resolution within 7 business days for standard complaints.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with r788's resolution at Step 1, the Player may escalate the matter to r788's Compliance team, who will conduct an independent internal review within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — External ADR: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, the Player may refer the matter to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body recognised by r788's licensing authority. The ADR body's decision is binding on r788.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where irreparable harm is threatened.
